Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Occupational Therapist for a K–12 setting in Auburn, WA. You will conduct evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success.

Eligible candidates must hold a WA OT license, ESA certification or ability to obtain, and a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy; school-based experience is a plus. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services: evaluations, treatment, and consultation.
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development.
• Maintain timely documentation and compliance records.
