Ampersand Therapy is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2026–2027 school year in Tukwila, Washington. This full-time, on-site role serves K-12 students with caseload up to 30, providing assessments, treatment, and collaboration with teachers and families.

You will participate in IEP meetings, write goals, document progress, and ensure compliance with Washington licensure and ESA certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold Washington State OT license.
• Must hold ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate).
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation.
• Conduct evaluations and write reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes.
