Ampersand Therapy seeks a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for Poulsbo, WA for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is school-based, part-time or full-time, in-person in a K-12 public school environment.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment, IEP collaboration, and report writing. Eligible for WA OT licensure and ESA certification; prior school-based experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license (OT).
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate).
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation.
• Conduct evaluations and write reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in Poulsbo, Washington. This is a part-time or full-time, in-person position in a school setting. Whether you're an experienced school-based OT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Highlights:

• Location: Poulsbo, WA
• Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) - School Setting Full time or part time available
• Schedule: M-F for full-time; or choose your days/hours for part-time
• Setting: In-person, K-12 public school environment
• Caseload: to be discussed in interview August 2026-June 2027
