Ampersand Therapy LLC in Port Orchard, WA is seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists for in-person school-based roles for the 2026-2027 year. Full-time or part-time positions are available, starting ASAP, serving K-12 students.

Join a collaborative special education team and deliver evaluations, direct therapy, and IEP documentation, while communicating with families and staff. Experience is helpful but new grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Must hold WA OT license or be able to obtain quickly.
• ESA Certification or willingness to obtain.
• New grads welcome; school-based OT experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in a school setting.
• Collaborate with special education staff, families, and other providers.
• Write and maintain IEP documentation, progress reports, and service logs.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning.
