Medica Talent Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a direct-hire role in San Leandro, CA. The OT will work with an interdisciplinary care team to help older adults maintain independence and safely perform daily activities.

Responsibilities include completing assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, delivering therapies, evaluating home environments and educating patients, caregivers and staff. Mature weekday schedule applies.

Formación

• Active California Occupational Therapist license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid California driver’s license, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel between care sites and patient residences
• Experience working with frail or elderly patients preferred
