Job summary

People Well Staffing in Hayward, CA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a permanent position. You will evaluate and treat patients to improve ADLs, functional mobility, safety, upper-extremity function, and quality of life while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

The role requires CA OT or COTA licensure, current BLS/CPR, strong clinical and communication skills, and the ability to document and participate in team care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active CA OT or COTA license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the employer.
• Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in the applicable setting preferred.
