Job summary

INDMED is seeking licensed Physical Therapists for direct-hire opportunities serving older adults across East Oakland, Temescal/Oakland, El Sobrante and San Leandro. The PT will provide restorative and rehabilitative services within an interdisciplinary team, performing assessments and creating individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include delivering therapeutic interventions, recommending mobility equipment, and educating patients, caregivers and staff.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license is required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• Ability to travel between assigned sites and patient residences.
