• Supervise positions such as Occupational Therapy Assistants, aides, and students/observers.


• Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy plans.


• Assist with patient care activities and support physical activities.


• Participate in team meetings to coordinate treatment strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations.


• Physical strength to lift, push, or pull loads up to 50 pounds.


• Sufficient mobility, stamina, and strength for frequent location and position changes, and assisting patients.


• Capability to handle emergency situations and wear protective equipment when necessary.


• Willingness to work in environments with potential exposure to infectious diseases and chemicals.
