Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an Occupational Therapist to plan and implement evidence-based treatment programs across all ages, from neonatal to geriatric, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

You will supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, aides, and students, perform essential duties with or without accommodations, handle lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintain professional standards amid exposure to infectious diseases and emergencies.
