Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a school-based Occupational Therapist for a long-term leave coverage in the Richfield, MN area. The role is in-person, part-time (20 hours/week), with a competitive pay rate of $55-60/hour.

Candidates must have an active Minnesota OT license and be able to pass background checks and drug screening. Join a woman- and therapist-operated company focused on mentorship and impactful support within the school system.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Minnesota OT license.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Experience in classroom setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
