Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Gurnee, Illinois area. The position is full-time at 0.8 FTE and higher, with a start date as soon as possible.

You will deliver school-based OT services aligned with IEP goals, conduct evaluations and write reports, participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring, and maintain timely documentation. Collaboration with special education teams and related service providers is essential.

Qualifications

• Illinois OT license required.
• Experience with school-based services preferred but not required.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
