Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a long-term leave coverage in the Richfield, MN area. This in-person, part-time role (20 hours/week) supports students receiving Setting IV special education services.

We offer competitive pay of $55-60/hour, W-2 employment with liability insurance included, healthcare benefits and a 401(k) with company match. Background checks and drug screening are required prior to start.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active Minnesota OT license is required.
• Background check and drug screening are required prior to start.
• Experience in classroom setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive classroom setting and implement therapy plans.
• Develop and monitor IEP goals and therapy objectives.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support skill carryover.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes.
