Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Marana, AZ area. In this in-person role (0.6 FTE), you will provide school-based OT services, conduct assessments, and develop IEP goals in collaboration with teachers and families.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, an active AZ OT license, and a fingerprint clearance card. Prior school-based experience is preferred but not required; mentorship and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy obtained from an accredited program.
• Active Arizona OT License in good standing.
• Active Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
