Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for a K-12 school setting in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role, you'll conduct evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado OT license required.
• CDE Special Services Provider License with OT endorsement or ability to obtain.
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services including evaluations, treatment, and consultation.
• Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development; collaborate with teachers and families.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Adapt materials and environments to improve student access.
