Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Greater Redmond, WA area for the 2026–2027 school year.

In this full-time, in-person role, you will evaluate students, develop IEP-aligned plans, and collaborate with teachers and families to support functional skills in school.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Washington State OT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students to identify OT needs related to educational performance.
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct and consultative OT services in school settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, families, and related service providers.
• Monitor progress and document timely, accurate records; participate in IEP meetings.
