Job summary

Palms-Home-Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide home health services focused on improving patient independence and safety in the home setting. You will join a team that values thoughtful talent and supportive colleagues.

Responsibilities include in-home evaluations, developing treatment plans, assisting with ADLs, training on adaptive equipment, and completing OASIS documentation as needed. A Florida OT license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Florida OT license is required.
• Home health experience preferred and OASIS experience strongly preferred.
• Strong documentation and time management skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
