Job summary

Diamond Care Group is expanding and seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide in-home health services that improve patient independence and safety within their home environment. We hire the most thoughtful talent in the field.

The role involves conducting in-home evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and assisting patients with ADLs while training on adaptive equipment and home safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active Florida OT license.
• Home health experience preferred.
• OASIS experience strongly preferred.
• Strong documentation and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
