Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Illinois is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team, specializing in sensory integration, feeding therapy, and pediatric mental health while collaborating with SLPs, PTs, counselors, and ABA professionals.

You will deliver client-centered care with a realistic productivity expectation of 26 direct treatment hours per week and an annual bonus of up to $14,000 for exceeding goals, in a supportive, mentorship-rich environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Successfully pass the NBCOT exam
• OT licensure or license eligible in Illinois

Responsibilities

• Assess clients for adaptations and use of special equipment when necessary
• Identify and implement therapeutic interventions to develop fine motor, cognition, language, self-care, and regulation skills
• Provide guidance to families to reinforce treatment at home

What You’ll Do

• Assess clients for adaptations and use of special equipment when necessary

• Provide support and guidance to the clients’ family enabling them to foster the behaviors and practices implemented in treatment

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited occupational therapy program


• Successfully pass the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy


• OT licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
