Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Elmhurst, IL is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver pediatric care within a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll assess clients, design interventions to develop fine motor, cognition, language, self-care, and regulation, and guide families to reinforce in daily routines. Collaborative mentorship & ongoing professional development are provided. You’ll also contribute to Sensory Integration, Feeding Therapy and Pediatric Mental Health areas for holistic care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• OT licensure or licensure eligible in Illinois
• Experience with pediatric therapy and collaboration in a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Assess clients for adaptations and use of equipment when necessary
• Identify and implement interventions to develop fine motor, cognition, language, self-care, regulation, and more
• Provide guidance to families to reinforce treatment practices at home
