Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of OT services in an interdisciplinary setting. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions aligned with professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Must hold a current state OT license; CPR is preferred. The role emphasizes collaboration with a diverse team, education for patients and families, accurate documentation, and ongoing adaptation of plans to support

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications
