Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Colorado Springs. You will provide a full range of OT services including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary setting.

The position requires a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, current state OT licensure, and CPR certification (preferred). Experience ranges 0-1 years, with ongoing documentation and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current valid state OT licensure or registration.
• CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.
