Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist license; compact license must be in hand at submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience.
• Acute care outpatient experience required.
• Must live within 50 miles of the facility (locals may have different rate).
• Submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at the time of submission; post‑offer RTO requests may not be considered.
• Must be able to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays.
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start.
• Background must be clear; facility does not accept background hits.

• Experience working across both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Neurological rehabilitation experience
