Job summary

Ascension's Columbia Saint Mary's Rehabilitation team in Milwaukee, WI seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, design personalized care plans, and help patients regain independence.

You will work Tuesday-Saturday, 7:00-3:30, in a collaborative, supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth and continuing education.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire or transfer date.
• OT credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board prior to hire date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients facing physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges.
• Create personalized plans of care and select modalities and frequencies.
• Monitor progress and pivot treatment strategies as needed.
• Educate families and caregivers to support safe transitions home.

What Minimum Requirements You\u2019ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Bachelor\'s degree required. Master\'s OR Doctorate degree preferred.
