Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans of care, and set measurable functional goals as part of a growing team.

In this role, you will supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, document evaluations and progress notes, and collaborate with facility staff to deliver excellent patient care and service to families.
