Children's Therapy Network, LLC is a pediatric therapy clinic specializing in supporting children with Sensory Processing Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, behavioral and social difficulties, developmental delays, and feeding and eating concerns. In addition to serving children with identified needs, the clinic supports families and community providers working with children who are struggling to successfully get through their day. Services are grounded in the belief that children are best supported within their family and community, and therapy frequently includes parents, siblings, and caregivers in sessions. The team focuses on balancing direct intervention for the child with training and guidance for families to build understanding, tools, and advocacy skills. By fostering close, trusting relationships with children and caregivers, Children's Therapy Network aims to create meaningful and lasting change in each child's daily life.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role located in Madison, WI. The Occupational Therapist will assess children's functional abilities, sensory processing, and developmental needs, and design individualized treatment plans to improve daily living, play, and school participation. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing direct therapy services, documenting evaluations and progress notes, and collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals. The role involves engaging parents and siblings in therapy sessions, offering education and coaching to support carryover of strategies at home and in the community. The Occupational Therapist will also participate in team meetings, contribute to clinical decision-making, and support a positive, child-centered clinic environment.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with experience in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based pediatric interventions.
  • Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Pediatrics and Medicine relevant to child development, sensory processing, and common pediatric conditions.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain clinical information clearly to children, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Wisconsin; graduation from an accredited OT program.
  • Experience working with children with autism, sensory processing challenges, developmental delays, and behavioral or feeding concerns is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a family-centered model, demonstrating empathy, cultural sensitivity, and respect for diverse family structures.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical records and managing a full-time caseload.
