Job summary

Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living in Colorado is hiring an Occupational Therapist on a PRN basis. Provide occupational therapy services to residents, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life.

The role offers competitive pay and benefits; successful candidates will hold an active Colorado OT license, CPR certification, and pass background checks. Prior post-acute or long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado Occupational Therapy license is required.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a Colorado CAPS background check.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered Colorado Occupational Therapy License - required Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment - preferred
• CPR Certificate
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.

Rate Range:

$40-$55/hour
