Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our care team in Lafayette, CO. You will support the Occupational Therapist with patient activities and direct care, helping residents maintain independence and quality of life.

Successful candidates hold a CO license, prefer SNF experience, and thrive in a compassionate, teamwork-driven environment. Rate range is $35–$40 per hour with competitive benefits for full-time positions; PRN benefits

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in CO.
• Experience in SNF preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with patient-related activities and direct patient care.
• Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist
