Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist. The role offers flexible PRN scheduling and a strong team environment in Colorado.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered Colorado Occupational Therapy License - required Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment - preferred
• CPR Certificate
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.
• SNF experience is a plus!

Rate Range: $40-$55/hour
