Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an outpatient clinic in the Kansas City area. The role offers flexible hours with 32–40 hours per week and no weekend shifts.

The OT will assess patient goals, design individualized treatment plans, and support diverse ages in sports medicine and related conditions while enjoying a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Job Details

This Occupational Therapist position can offer flexible scheduling. Most OTs work between 32 and 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Meet and assess patients’ goals and medical results to determine the best treatment plan, including securing equipment, adaptive devices, prescriptions, and other ongoing needs.
• Treat patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatrics and adults in an outpatient setting for sports medicine, tendonitis, fractures, sprains/strains, knee pain, neurological ataxia, balance training, and more.
