Select Medical outpatient orthopedic team is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join us in providing quality patient care. This full-time role is based in Kansas City, MO, with a Monday-Friday schedule and salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy.
• State OT license or license eligible.
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Best Practices: Stay current with OT research and evidence-based practice.
• Build relationships with referral sources and patients.
• Collaborate to establish goals and frequency of therapy with the physician.
• Understand state practice acts and supervision requirements.
• Participate in program design and new procedures with manager approval.
• Lead and delegate OT care within state and federal guidelines.
• Provide individualized treatment plans and timely documentation.

Education
