Pediatric Partners, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) in Fargo, ND, serving individuals across the lifespan. Flexible schedules, no weekends, and a supportive team offer growth for new grads and experienced clinicians alike.

Formación

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active North Dakota and/or Minnesota OT license (or eligible by start date).
• Pediatric experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services in clinic and in-home settings.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families on effective use.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries).
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary care team.

What You’ll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll support individuals throughout a lifespan with a wide range of needs—including medically complex, developmental, and behavioral challenges—helping them build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services in clinic and in-home settings
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
• Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families on effective use
• Complete timely, accurate documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries)
• Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary care team

What You Bring

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active North Dakota and/or Minnesota OT license (or eligible by start date)
• Passion for working with individuals throughout their lifespan and their families
• Pediatric experience (preferred).
