Job summary

Pediatric Partners in Thief River Falls is seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team of pediatric experts. You’ll support children with medically complex and developmental needs, helping them improve mobility, strength, coordination, and independence.

Requirements include a DPT from a CAPTE-accredited program, active PT licensure or eligibility, and a passion for working with children. We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus and benefits through Sevita.

Pediatric Physical Therapist

$45/hour (wages based on experience) + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Pediatric Partners is looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our team of passionate pediatric experts in Thief River Falls. Whether you're an experienced PT or a recent graduate, if you're committed to helping children reach their full potential, we want to meet you.

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you’ll support children with a variety of needs including medically complex, developmental, and physical challenges and helping them improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall independence.

What You’ll Bring

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program (New graduates and students nearing graduation are encouraged to apply)
• Active state PT licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure upon graduation
• Passion for working with children and adolescents, supporting developmental, neuromuscular, orthopedic, and medically complex needs
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including heavy work: lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 20 lbs consistently
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with children, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• A growth-oriented mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to compassionate, family-centered care
