Job summary

Allaire Health Services, LLC is seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Danville, PA. The OT will assess residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy in coordination with the interdisciplinary care team.

The role focuses on daily living skills, upper-extremity function, safety, cognition, and adaptive techniques, with emphasis on documentation and collaboration with residents, families, and care partners.

Qualifications

• Current OT license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Role Overview
The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled occupational therapy services in coordination with the interdisciplinary care team.
