Job summary

Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center seeks a Full-time Occupational Therapist to help residents regain daily living skills and independence. You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

You will document progress timely and collaborate with residents, families, and other care partners, contributing to quality of life and rehabilitation outcomes. Benefits may be available for eligible full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Current OT license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to help residents build or restore the skills needed for daily living and greater independence.

Role Overview

The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled occupational therapy services in coordination with the interdisciplinary care team.
