Job summary

Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to assess residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy to improve daily living and independence.

The OT will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, document timely and accurately, and focus on upper-extremity function, safety, cognition, and adaptive techniques to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current OT license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to help residents build or restore the skills needed for daily living and greater independence.

Role Overview

The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled occupational therapy services in coordination with the interdisciplinary care team.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
