Job summary

Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to help residents build or restore the skills needed for daily living and greater independence. The OT will evaluate residents, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver skilled therapy in coordination with the interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Current OT license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Role Overview
