Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current Indiana Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• NBCOT certification or eligibility.
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• Interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, concussion care, vestibular rehabilitation, pain management, or related specialties is preferred.
• Certified Hand Therapist credentials are highly valued but not required.

Indiana’s licensing process requires applicants to provide educational transcripts and have their NBCOT examination scores submitted directly to the Indiana Occupational Therapy Committee.

Compensation and Development

• Starting salary of $92,000 for new-graduate Occupational Therapists.
• Increased compensation based on relevant experience.
• Additional compensation of $1,000 to $5,000 for qualifying certifications.
• Full-time, 40-hour weekly schedule.
• 32 hours of patient care and eight dedicated hours of education each week.
• In-house seminars, continuing education, mentorship, and structured educational weekends.
• Support toward achieving advanced or board certification within two to three years.
• Referral bonus opportunities.
• Sign-on incentives may be considered.

Schedule

The rehabilitation program is expected to operate between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Therapists will collaborate with their teams to coordinate schedules and maintain consistent patient coverage.
