Job summary

Healthcare Therapy Services, Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join a senior living community in South Bend, IN.

This full-time role offers a diverse caseload, supportive, therapist-owned culture, and opportunities to advance clinical skills within a high-quality continuum of care. Applicants must hold an active Indiana OT license or be eligible to obtain one; ACOTE-accredited OT program graduate required.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Occupational Therapy license or eligibility.
• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a senior living community.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain compliant records in a timely manner.

Licensed Occupational Therapist – Senior Living

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled therapy team at a highly rated senior living community in South Bend, IN. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to help residents thrive through personalized therapy, while working in a supportive, therapist-owned organization that truly values clinical excellence.

Located in Centre Township near South Bend, this continuing care retirement community offers a full continuum of care including short-term rehab, long-term care, assisted and independent living.

• Flexible full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 30–40 hours/week)
• Strong interdisciplinary support and welcoming therapy team
• Well-equipped rehab gym, ADL kitchen, and training bathroom
• Diverse caseload with a wide range of diagnoses

Also hiring PRN to work on an occasional, as-needed basis.
