Job summary

Community Rehabilitation Hospital South is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Greenwood, Indiana. You will evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans, providing interventions to improve daily living skills and documenting progress consistently.

Collaborate with clinicians and families on care plans, educate patients on adaptive techniques, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Experience in inpatient rehab preferred.
• Current license to practice occupational therapy.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities
