We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled and patient-centered team at a highly rated senior living community in South Bend, IN. • Flexible full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 30–40 hours/week)

Located in a countryside setting of Centre Township, this senior living community offers a full continuum of care and a vibrant, team-focused culture.

• Continuing care retirement setting: short-term rehab, long-term care, outpatient, independent living and assisted living. Caseload with varied diagnoses and good mix of patient populations.
• Rehab gym has many equipment options and resources, plus an ADL kitchen and bathroom.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE‑accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
