Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a K-12 school setting in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role, you'll conduct evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success.

The ideal candidate holds an active Colorado OT license, a relevant master’s/doctoral degree, and strong collaboration skills. W-2 employment with benefits, licensure reimbursement, and mileage support are available.

• CDE Special Services Provider License with OT endorsement or ability to obtain.
• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services including evaluations, treatment, and consultation.
• Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support students' fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development.
• Partner with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote carryover.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. What We’re Looking For

• School-based experience preferred, but not required
