Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Dallas, OR area. In-person role (0.6 FTE) delivering therapy in the school setting.

You will conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, collaborate with teachers and families, and maintain timely documentation while receiving mentorship and support.

W-2 employment with liability insurance, licensure and CEU reimbursement, mileage between sites, and a supportive woman- and therapist-operated team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active Oregon OT license required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
