Job summary

Synchrony Rehab in Charleston, SC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of OT services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.

You will assess patients, develop individualized plans, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to improve daily living activities and overall function. Must hold a current OT license in the state.

Qualifications

• Must have a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current CPR certification, preferred
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
