Synchrony Rehab at Carteret House in Newport, NC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of OT services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.

The role requires an OT degree with licensure, CPR certification preferred, and 0–1 years experience. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, educate patients and families, document progress, and collaborate with the care team.

Formación

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• 0–1 years experience in OT preferred.
• Must have and maintain a current state OT licensure or registration; CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on daily living techniques and strategies.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
