Job summary

Synchrony Rehab seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of OT services within an interdisciplinary environment. You will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions to improve daily living activities.

Responsibilities include collaborating with a diverse care team, educating patients and families, and documenting progress per professional standards. Licensure and CPR are required, with CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.
• Must have and maintain a current, valid OT licensure or registration.
• CPR certification, preferred.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
