Job summary

Infinity Rehab invites an Occupational Therapist to join Sharon Care Center in Centralia, WA. You will deliver therapy to adults with various conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary issues, under physicians’ orders. New grads are welcome and mentorship is provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy is required.
• State license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct occupational therapy services to residents.
• Perform assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation.
• Complete related documentation and communicate with physicians.
• Collaborate with care team to promote resident outcomes.
