Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a passionate occupational therapy assistant to deliver therapy to adults in Arlington, WA. You will assess, plan and implement treatment, and document progress under physicians’ orders. Mentorship is available for new grads as you learn and grow within the team.

The position is PRN, supporting a private Arlington Health and Rehabilitation facility with a strong 50-year legacy, offering a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in occupational therapy is required.
• State license is required to practice.
• We welcome new graduates and will provide mentorship to learn and grow as a therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Perform assessments, plan and implement treatment programs, and document progress.
• Communicate with physicians and care team to ensure safe, effective care.

We are seeking a passionate, driven occupational therapist assistant to deliver therapy to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary. In this position, you will provide direct occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders. We welcome seasoned, experienced COTAs to apply for this position, as well as new grads.

Tucked away in the quaint community of Arlington and conveniently located right off Highway 9, you will find Arlington Health and Rehabilitation. The privately-owned community has a long-standing reputation in the city, serving its residents and patients for over 50 years since 1971. The tight-knit team with many long-standing staff members provides both assisted living and skilled nursing services, featuring 76 beds. They were honored in 2022 with the Family Resource Employer of Choice Award.

Infinity Rehab assists healthcare providers with the oversight and execution of their in-house therapy services. We provide our customers with the systems, compliance oversight, staff training, MDS optimization, and management they need to run a successful program.
