Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team at Tiera Rose Care Center in Salem, OR. You will provide OT services under the direction of an occupational therapist and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold an associate's degree in occupational therapy, a current state license, and are prepared to mentor as you grow. New graduates are welcome; one year of COTA experience is preferred, with opportunities for continuing

Qualifications

• Must have an associate’s degree in occupational therapy.
• State license to practice in the relevant state.
• New graduates welcome; mentorship provided.
• One year of experience as a COTA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct OT services to adults with a variety of medical conditions under the supervision of an OT.
• Document treatment, progress, and communications, using NetHealth on a laptop or iPad.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes.
