Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a passionate physical therapist to deliver therapy to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions at Sharon Care Center in Centralia, WA, under physicians’ orders. You will provide and direct PT services, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, documentation, and interprofessional communication.

We welcome seasoned PTs and new grads alike; mentorship is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy required.
• Valid state PT license required.
• New graduates welcome; mentorship provided.
• One year PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and direct physical therapy services to adults.
• Perform assessment, treatment, and program planning/implementation.
• Document care and communicate with physicians and team members.
• Work under physicians’ orders to guide patient care.
