Infinity Rehab is seeking a certified occupational therapy assistant to provide direct OT services to adults in Arlington Health and Rehabilitation. You will assess, plan, implement and document therapy under physician orders and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

New graduates are welcome and mentored; a WA license is required and the program supports PT/OT growth across shifts and settings in a long‑standing community facility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in occupational therapy required.
• State license to practice in Washington.
• Mentorship provided for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to adults with various medical conditions.
• Perform assessment, treatment planning, implementation and documentation under physicians' orders.
• Communicate with residents, families and care team to support care goals.
